Cornerstone

We have been looking at how best to develop this site for our worship and community activities for a number of years.  We are sure many of you will remember Coffee Corner and the various activities that ran there from Youth Clubs, Tuesday Club and even some of our Messy Church events.

Our team decided that the best way forward was to demolish the old Chapel building and build a modern building for which would also look and feel like a Church.  After a lot of research we decided to build with the Nudura system which gives us a very strong and warm building.  With the internal design and systems this will be a warm place with very low operating costs for heating and lighting.

The external walls with the stone and slate cladding give us a traditional Cornish look which fits in well with the rest of the town.

We are still looking at what community services we can offer as well as having a great rental space.  If you are looking for somewhere for your group to meet or have any suggestions for a gap that needs filling in the community  do please let us know via our contact page.
